Exchange & Return Policy
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY: All sales are FINAL. We prioritize customer satisfaction, so if there is a problem with your order, contact TruGold LLC within 14 days of receiving your item purchased. All payments made on customs are final. All sales are final, as stated previously. No returns, but if contact is made with TruGold LLC within 14 days of receiving your order, we can issue a valid exchange.
Warranty & Repair Policy
TruGold warranties are determined on a per-item basis and may vary depending on the specific product purchased. If an item includes a manufacturer or TruGold warranty, a warranty certificate will be provided at the time of purchase and must be retained as proof of coverage. Items without a warranty certificate are not covered under any warranty, expressed or implied.
All repair services are subject to applicable repair fees, including labor, materials, and shipping, unless the damage occurred while the item was in TruGold’s possession or care. TruGold is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or third-party alterations. TruGold reserves the right to inspect all items prior to approving any warranty claim or repair service.
Limitation of Liability, Waiver, and Responsibility Policy
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TruGold shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse, loss, or inability to use any product sold by TruGold. By purchasing from TruGold, the customer voluntarily assumes all responsibility and risk associated with ownership, wear, storage, and use of the product once it has been delivered or picked up.
Customers waive any claims against TruGold for damage, loss, theft, or deterioration occurring after the product has left TruGold’s possession, except where such damage is directly caused by TruGold’s negligence or occurs while the item is under TruGold’s care. TruGold is not responsible for allergic reactions, personal injury, or damage resulting from improper use, failure to follow care instructions, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
